These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Kin Express Platform and you. They govern our offering of products and services, your ordering, the delivery, the provided warranties and all services that are related thereto. Information about us and our contact address can be found here. By registering on our platform, and by placing an order from your virtual shopping basket, you will be asked to confirm in the checkbox that you accept these terms and conditions, and thus you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions if you place your order. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you may refrain from using our platform. The use of our platform is furthermore governed by our platform Use Terms & Privacy Policy that are available in the Platform.
2.1 To register on the platform you must be over eighteen years of age. If we discover that you are not eighteen years of age, we have the right to cancel any order made by you and to delete your record as a registered person.
2.2 You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any other time are correct and complete. Kinexpress.qa reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, kinexpress.qa has the right, in its sole discretion to reject the registration or deactivate the account and deny the services of kinexpress.qa.
2.3 In the event of a non-delivery, on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address, phone number or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by kinexpress.qa for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by revising details of this page. We recommend that you visit this page every now and then to see the changes made, as they are binding on you whenever you choose to continue purchasing products in our platform. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1st June 2021.
4.1 When you register to use the platform you will be asked to create a password. You should keep this password confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should notify us by contacting Customer Care immediately (refer section 16 below for contact details).
4.2 If kinexpress.qa has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the platform, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
5.1 The products or services and their displayed price are not considered as binding offers from our side. All the products that are advertised or displayed in our platform are available while our stocks last. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to deliver a certain product, we will not be held liable and we will ensure that you will not be charged for that product. However, in case of unavailable product, we may offer a substitute product. You will be informed in advance regarding this and the product will only be delivered if you agree.
5.2 We provide the details of our products as accurately as possible, however products may vary from their descriptions and product images are for representation purposes only as they may vary slightly from the actual product. If you wish to obtain further information, or if there is anything that you do not understand, please contact Customer Care (refer section 16). The depictions and descriptions of our products and services are only valid for a limited period of time. If you decide later to purchase a product or service, you should re-examine the description.
5.3 In case we have erroneously displayed the incorrect price of a product, we will not have an obligation to deliver it to you at the indicated price, provided that we notify this before the dispatch of the product. You will then have an opportunity to buy the product at the correctly proposed price. If you would not like to buy the product at the corrected price and the payment has been made, we will provide a voucher/ credit for the full value of the product.
5.4 The indicated price of a product that is displayed does not include the Delivery Charges, which will depend on the area of delivery and the delivery method that you choose. The final price, including the applicable charges, will be indicated and added during the checkout of the virtual shopping basket.
5.5 The prices of our products or services are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that indicated prices will remain applicable during a certain period of time. Any promotions and discounts will be valid only at a particular time or until stocks last.
5.6 The price may sometimes differ between Kin Express Store and kinexpress.qa; you will be charged the price on the kinexpress.qa upon use of this platform. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that it differs from those on the platform.
6.1 Your order is an offer to purchase a product or service from us. We will send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail, including the goods or services purchased with the all-inclusive price. This initial order acknowledgement mail is to be used as a guide only and are subject to order acceptance by us based on the latest availability of the products you ordered. While processing the order our customer care team may contact you for order update/ reconfirmation/ order acceptance and location reconfirmation.
6.2 You are responsible for the submission of correct information in your order, such as your billing information, the delivery address, and other useful information in relation to the delivery.
6.3 We reserve the right to decline the sale of products or services to any person or any geographic region at any time. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our refund policy in section 13 below.
6.4 We reserve the right to limit the volume of products or service that we offer for one purchaser, one household or for one order, and such decision may be based on orders by the same account, the same credit card or the same billing or shipping address.
7.1 We will ship and deliver the purchased products to the delivery address that you have specified when you completed the order. The lead time/ delivery schedule is approximate only. Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within the indicated timeframe, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We may contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time. You must contact our Customer Care if you have not received any update from us.
7.2 For larger objects, please check the measurements of the product and the packaging if indicated, and check whether it will fit in an elevator, door, path or any other space. You will be responsible for such verifications.
7.3 We are entitled to hand over the products to any person available at the destination address. The goods are at your risk once they are in your possession or in the possession of someone nominated by you.
Payment will be done in the currency Qatari Riyals (QAR). We accept the following payment methods, subject to changes from time to time:
- Credit cards or international debit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UATP)
- Debit cards issued in Qatar (Naps, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron)
- GPay, PayPal, UnionPay, Masterpass
- Cash Payment On Delivery (COD).
8.1 The chosen payment method will be indicated by the consumer during the ordering process at the checkout of the virtual shopping basket. Payments are done via Qatar National Bank operating on a professional third-party cyber source payment gateway. Your payment details will be sent encrypted to the highest standard using Secure Socket Lawyer (SSL) technology and held on the Cyber source Host payment gateway.
8.2 If you purchase a subscription that is subject to automatic renewal you irrevocably and unconditionally authorise us to continue the collection of each renewal payment by means of the selected payment method until you change the payment method or until you cancel the renewal of the subscription in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.3 Credit card issuers and other payment service providers whose services are available through our platform, the terms and conditions or schemes of that payment service provider will apply to your payments and to your purchase, insofar this is indicated by the payment service provider. We do not offer more rights, remedies or warranties than those provided by the payment service provider and you are advised to read their terms and conditions carefully. We are not liable for actions or negligence of payment service providers.
Easy & hassle free return at the door policy for a product you are not satisfied with at the time of delivery.
10.1 Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on "Carry In" basis. Wherein for service the purchaser shall bring the product to the Kin Express store or the Agency Service Center with whom the set is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of system from place of installation to the Service Center.
10.2 The original Kin Express store invoice along with the warranty card must be presented to claim a warranty.
10.3 The Warranty Terms & Conditions of the authorized agency for the particular product applies and not that of Kin Express.
10.4 The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
10.5 Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the agency authorized personnel only.
10.6 In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
10.7 In case of any damage to the product/ misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable, and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.
10.8 The Warranty does not apply for the below.
10.8.1 The product is not purchased from kinexpress.qa.
10.8.2 The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the Instruction Manual, as determined by the authorized service center/ company personnel.
10.8.3 Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/ types (example: Waterlogging, misuse etc.)
10.8.4 Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
10.8.5 Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/ unit.
10.8.6 The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.
10.8.7 Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser's residence.
10.8.8 Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
10.8.9 Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
a. Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
b. Loss or damages to records, information or data.
c. Economic consequential damages including lost profits.
d. Customer is advised to take back up for any data contents before handing over the unit for repair.
e. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
10.8.10 Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data or links, downloaded in product.
10.8.11 Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of batteries or displays).
10.8.12 Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software and/or service not manufactured, supplied or was used otherwise than for its intended use.
10.8.13 Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.
You may cancel your order if you wish to, any time prior to dispatch of your order. To cancel your order any time before its dispatched simply click on “Orders”, select your order and then click on “Cancel Order” button if the order status is still “Processing”. For online payment, the bank holds the value of your order on your credit card and the total amount will be deducted once the order is delivered, reflecting only the products that have been received. In the event of an order cancellation, we will release the hold on your card, which will be reflected in your bank account.
We would be happy to help if you would like to exchange or replace the product within seven days for non-perishable items if it’s in the same condition as when purchased, with original packaging, product, parts, manuals, unused and sealed for some products. You may visit our store at our Customer Service desk with the original Kin Express store invoice or feel free to contact our Customer Care (refer section 16) for more information.
13.1 The period of return for perishable items like meat, fish, veg, etc. is within 24hrs of delivery and for non-perishable items like toiletries, cleaning products etc. is within seven days of delivery.
13.2 The product shall be inspected if it’s in the same condition as when purchased, with original packaging, product, parts, manuals, unused and sealed for some products.
13.3 You may visit our store at our Customer Service desk to return the product with the original Kin Express store invoice and to process refund less delivery charges upon approval or feel free to contact our Customer Care (refer section 16) for more information.
13.4 If you need to return all of your order within seven days of receiving it due to faulty products, we will refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of the products your delivery charge will not be refunded.
13.5 In case its past the initial period of seven days or warranty, the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
13.6 In case the products are lost during transportation to your destination address, we shall provide full refund.
13.7 Any refund for products or services that have been purchased under promotions, will result in a refund of the promotional price only. For any offer item like Bundle offer or Buy 1 Get 1 free offer, all the items in this offer needs to be returned.
The customer is not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, capture, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of our goods or services, without our prior written consent. Removal of any copyright notice or trademark is prohibited.
We will not be liable if we cannot execute our obligation, or if the execution would be so burdensome or expensive that we would risk a major loss, due to an exceptional event that we could not reasonably anticipate. In such circumstance we will assess whether we can perform a delayed obligation, when the circumstances would allow us to perform in a reasonable manner.

We will review your complaint in good faith and will try to find an acceptable solution at the earliest.
